Tokio Hotel is releasing an album in Japan on February 2nd. The Japanese version of Tokio Hotel’s Humanoid will be called “Darkside of the Sun”. There will be two versions, a regular and Deluxe. The Deluxe will contain videos and a documentary.

You can order it but it is REALLY expensive. That is typical of imports. To buy both of these is $63 USD, but shipping is free.

The song credits for “Attention”, “Down On You”, and “In Your Shadow (I Can Shine)” from the Humanoid album have finally been released, but the credits for two other songs were also revealed.

The unreleased songs for which credits were posted are titled “Therapy” and “The End of the World”. Both songs credit the usual Pat Benzner, David Jost and Dave Roth, but the additional people credited are very interesting! On “Therapy”, Desmond Child and Tom are both credited, but there’s no sign of Bill’s name. Even more interesting is that neither of the twins is credited for “The End of the World”, but Kara DioGuardi and Mitch Allan are on the list.

Child did appear on the Humanoid album, as he worked with the band on “Zoom Into Me”/”Zoom” as well as “Strange” for the Almost Alice album, however DioGuardi did not. You may remember that Universal France included DioGuardi in a 2009 list of people who worked with Tokio Hotel on the Humanoid album, but until now we didn’t know what her contribution was.
